There doesn’t have to be a significant event that brings you to counselling. Sometimes, it’s simply about having an hour that’s just for you, a space to talk openly, process and understand your thoughts and feelings. Whatever brings you here, you will be met with acceptance.

I bring a grounded, compassionate presence, and like to find a steady path, collaboratively but working at your pace, allowing change to develop naturally over time.

I believe that building a therapeutic relationship is important through warmth, gentle challenging as well as holding whatever may come up in the space with protection. I will walk alongside you on your journey, and look under any stones you want to lift.

Close-up of smooth Cornish coastal stones and pebbles with a shallow depth of field — the foreground stones are sharp and detailed, the background softly blurred (bokeh effect). Warm muted tones with hints of sage green, dusty rose, and soft terracotta among the grey stones. Overcast natural light, calm and atmospheric. No people. Beautiful, grounded, earthy — suitable for a counselling website.
